Gingerbread Oat Latte

Holiday coffee shop energy without the $9 price tag. Frothy, spiced, and dialed in at home.

Ingredients
  • 1 shot espresso (or 1/4 cup strong coffee)
  • 1 cup oat milk, heated
  • 1 tbsp Gingerbread Cookie coconut butter
  • Pinch of cinnamon for dusting
Method
  1. Pull your espresso shot into a warm mug.
  2. Heat oat milk until steaming. Add the coconut butter and blend with an immersion blender for 20 seconds until frothy.
  3. Pour over the espresso. Dust with cinnamon.
  4. Cup hands around mug. Sigh.
Notes
Add a splash of real maple syrup if you like your lattes sweeter. A bulletproof-style blend keeps you full till lunch.
