Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso (or 1/4 cup strong coffee)
- 1 cup oat milk, heated
- 1 tbsp Gingerbread Cookie coconut butter
- Pinch of cinnamon for dusting
Method
- Pull your espresso shot into a warm mug.
- Heat oat milk until steaming. Add the coconut butter and blend with an immersion blender for 20 seconds until frothy.
- Pour over the espresso. Dust with cinnamon.
- Cup hands around mug. Sigh.
Notes
Add a splash of real maple syrup if you like your lattes sweeter. A bulletproof-style blend keeps you full till lunch.
