Ingredients
- 1 thick slice sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp Toasted Coconut butter
- A pinch of flake sea salt
- Optional: ripe sliced banana, honey drizzle
Method
- Toast sourdough until deeply golden — you want it crunchy on the outside, still soft inside.
- While hot, smear coconut butter generously. The heat will soften and spread it.
- Finish with flake salt. Add banana and a honey drizzle if you want a sweeter version.
- Eat standing up, in the kitchen, before anyone else is awake.
