The Mahalo Morning Toast

The simplest breakfast we know. Warm sourdough, a generous smear of toasted coconut butter, and flake salt. That's it.

Ingredients
  • 1 thick slice sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp Toasted Coconut butter
  • A pinch of flake sea salt
  • Optional: ripe sliced banana, honey drizzle
Method
  1. Toast sourdough until deeply golden — you want it crunchy on the outside, still soft inside.
  2. While hot, smear coconut butter generously. The heat will soften and spread it.
  3. Finish with flake salt. Add banana and a honey drizzle if you want a sweeter version.
  4. Eat standing up, in the kitchen, before anyone else is awake.
Notes
Works with any of our jars — try Cinnamon Vanilla for a cozier version, or Lemon Zest for a bright summer morning.
