Who we are

Mahalo Brands is a small-batch coconut butter company based in the United States. You can reach us via the contact form, or by email (Show email address).

Ordering and pricing

• Prices and availability shown on the site can change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
• Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we charge your payment method and confirm fulfillment.
• Bundle and subscription discounts apply automatically at checkout when you meet the stated tier.

Subscriptions

Subscribing to a recurring delivery authorizes us (via Shopify) to charge the payment method on file on the cadence you pick. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account — no call required.

Shipping, returns, and damage

We ship within the continental United States. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Our full returns and damage-claim policy lives at Returns — in short: all sales are final except for shipping damage, which we replace or refund within 14 days of delivery when reported with a photo.

Wholesale

Approved wholesale accounts are bound by the pricing, minimums, and payment terms communicated at the time of approval. We may suspend an account for non-payment, misuse of wholesale pricing, or activity that harms the brand's standing.

Your content

When you post a review or send us feedback, you grant Mahalo Brands a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and adapt that content on our site, in emails, and on third-party platforms (for example, Google Shopping via the review feed). You represent that the content is yours, truthful, and does not defame anyone.

Our content

All text, photography, recipes, illustrations, and branding on the site are owned by Mahalo Brands or our licensors. You're welcome to share links to our pages; please don't copy the imagery or copy wholesale into other commercial sites.

Product information

Nutritional and ingredient information is provided in good faith and believed to be accurate, but we can't guarantee it meets every individual health need. If you have a severe allergy, please check the ingredient list on the physical jar and consult your physician.

Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, Mahalo Brands' total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri.
