Salted Caramel Dipped Apples

Fall party trick. Warm the jar, slice some crisp apples, and dip. Kids go feral.

Ingredients
  • 3 crisp apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji)
  • 1/2 cup Salted Caramel coconut butter
  • Flake sea salt
  • Optional: chopped toasted pecans, cinnamon
Method
  1. Warm coconut butter in a small pan over low heat until pourable — about 2 minutes.
  2. Core and slice apples into wedges.
  3. Drizzle the warm caramel over the apples. Sprinkle flake salt and optional toppings.
  4. Serve immediately, while the caramel is still pourable.
Notes
Party hack: warm the jar in a mug of hot water right on the table so guests can keep dipping.
