Cinnamon Raisin Breakfast Bars

Cinnamon Raisin Breakfast Bars

Grab-and-go breakfast bars that taste like warm raisin toast. Keep a batch on the counter all week.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Cinnamon Raisin coconut butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined and sticky.
  3. Press firmly into the pan — really press, or they'll crumble.
  4. Bake 22–25 minutes until edges are golden.
  5. Cool completely before cutting into 10 bars. Store at room temp up to 5 days.
Notes
Wrap individually for easy grab-and-go.
