Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Raisin coconut butter, melted
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined and sticky.
- Press firmly into the pan — really press, or they'll crumble.
- Bake 22–25 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool completely before cutting into 10 bars. Store at room temp up to 5 days.
